Jetski Trailer Rollers for Yamaha & Sea Doo Jetskis

There are a few modifications that you should consider when you have purchased your Fishing Jetski and one of the first things you should think about is loading and unloading your Jetski. What looks a simple task can often be back breaking and very uncomfortable. Before Jetskis are rigged for fishing they are heavy. When they are rigged for fishing they are very Heavy! So it doesn't help that the Trailer which is supplied with your Jetski usually has Galvanized Round Pole Rollers which have a felt matting on the top surface. The Rollers can be seen in the picture above inside of the replacement Roller Wheels. This felt attracts sand to stick to the felt and when you are trying to load your Jetski on the beach it will often get stuck or at best be very difficult to load. This may also prematurely wear your hull as the Jetski is loaded and unloaded. You could apply Cobra Floor Polish to assist with loading and unloading, that may help but its not ideal. If you are fishing or playing with your Jetski at a dam or a river it wont be too much of a problem as you can lower your jetski into the water quite easily. This isn't quite as easy however when doing a beach launch on the Natal Coast or Mozambique as you have to consider the potential damage you may do by not quickly unloading and risk your wheel bearings and hubs getting damaged by salt water ingress. You should be able to load and unload quickly and get out of the surf zone. Again this is where a Jetksi Beach Roller helps!  Buy them them here Jetski Beach Roller See the Jetski Beach Roller in action here Video When we first started Jetski Fishing the Jetskis were much lighter and didn't have Tubbys, Jetwings, Pontoons or Fast Pods. Dont get me wrong they are the best things to happen to make Jetski Fishing more comfortable but they are heavy. Mainly because of all the c%@* we put in them :) Now with all the extra weight it may cause a problem loading your Jetski or at least put extra pressure onto your winch.

We can supply the Jetski Trailer Rollers as a DIY kit as we will provide full instructions with them. We can also fit them for you.

Although there are a few standard size Jetski Trailer Rollers, most of our Rollers are custom made as Trailers are manufactered in different sizes which affects the length of every set. The lead time if we do not have in stock is not long, however we do need to allow time for galvanizing also.

As you can see from the picture below the Jetski Rollers come into contact with the Hull all the way along the length of the Jetski. It is very important that the wheels are not too far apart as this may cause damage to the hull. The Wheels must be spaced close together.
